About Us
C&C Quik Mix was established in 2020, It started with me making festival for my friends and family. I would bring my deep fryer and the ready made festival dough to every event, and as the festival would run out I’d be in the kitchen frying up some more. After receiving all the positive feedback, I decided to start packaging the mixture. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, my father had various food businesses which included baked products. As a child I spent most of my summer holidays working in his business, so it was there I developed my entrepreneurial skills. I’ve always enjoyed using my creativity in the kitchen and It was important for me to create products that are not only about the taste, but also gives customers healthier food options that they can enjoy.
What makes our products special is the flour that we use is unbleached, no preservatives and NON GMO, you’ll find that each mixture has reduced sugar and low sodium. C&C Quik Mix products are vegan friendly, contain no preservatives and they can all be prepared by adding a few ingredients to get to the perfect end result, which means that it’s simple enough for people from any culture can make it and enjoy it.
At this present time, we offer our Original, Cinnamon and Ginger & Coconut Jamaican festival, Johnny Cake (fried dumpling) and Cornbread Muffin mixture.
